Magsoft Corporation: The Ultrasonic Piezoactive Actuator UPA 25 is a compact, low voltage transducer for generating ultrasonic vibrations. It consists in a ring providing an interface zone with a M4 hole able to produce a pure normal displacement. This UPA is excited by one electrical port which can be feed by low voltage sine wave. The amplitude of the displacement is controlled by the voltage level of the electric port. The U-shaped holding piece can be modified to fit in with customer request. Smaller UPAs are also possible.
